We develop and support projects at the intersection of artistic creation, live performance, audiovisual production and technology.

Depending on each project, we work with artists, musicians, performers, filmmakers, photographers, technicians, developers, cultural organisations and other creative partners.

Our role may include production, coordination, technical services, artistic development, audiovisual creation and the design of tools for contemporary creative practices.

PoulpyLoop

PoulpyLoop is a Reaper extension for scripted live looping. It combines a MIDI-controlled JSFX sampler with a Lua block manager that structures recording and playback in advance.

Unlike a looping pedal, the structure is programmed beforehand and its execution is automatic — there is no need to control a pedal with your feet. That opens the door to far more sophisticated constructions, while letting the performer focus on the performance and on conveying emotion rather than on technical operations. It also makes it possible to run a virtually unlimited number of independent loopers and to prepare sophisticated mixing and routing that would be impractical with a simple pedal.

PoulpyLights

PoulpyLights is a multi-interface system for lighting control, built around an ESP32 with DMX input and output.

It can be reached through Art-Net, DMX or a web application hosted on the chip itself, and can output Art-Net, DMX or a custom protocol for our own LED bars.

PoulpyLite

In development

PoulpyLite is a full lighting-control application for iPad, macOS and Windows. It aims for a fast, intelligent workflow at a time when many tools still reproduce the logic of classical consoles: powerful, but often unnecessarily complex.

In PoulpyLite, a small or medium lighting plot can be programmed in a few minutes, and show programming is designed to be far quicker than on traditional desk-oriented software.
